Public Protection Procedures is a trading name of Vulcan Risk Management Ltd. The work is done by Andrew Rogers, a health and safety and fire risk professional based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales.
Andrew Rogers
Andrew Rogers is a qualified health and safety and fire risk professional with over 20 years’ experience working in high-risk environments, including COMAH-regulated sites and major construction projects such as Hinkley Point C. Through Vulcan Risk Management he provides independent fire risk assessments, DSEAR assessments and health and safety compliance support to businesses throughout the UK.
Credentials held: CertIOSH, SIRM, NVQ Level 6 Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH General Certificate, Level 3 DSEAR. NEBOSH Fire Safety (certification pending).
What we do not claim: we are not a security company, we do not design physical security systems, and there is no such thing as Martyn’s Law certification — for anyone. IOSH membership applies to the individual consultant; it does not imply that Vulcan Risk Management is endorsed by IOSH.
Independent
This site is not connected with the Home Office, the SIA, ProtectUK, Figen Murray or the Martyn’s Law campaign. The Act is named after Martyn Hett, who was killed in the Manchester Arena attack in 2017.
