Enhanced tier premises (800+ people) and qualifying events (800+ at once, with controlled entry such as tickets or wristbands) must meet the standard duties plus take reasonably practicable public protection measures, designate a senior individual where the responsible person is an organisation, and give the SIA a document describing their approach. Penalties can reach £18 million or 5% of worldwide revenue, whichever is greater.
